took truck in for it's first-to-us oil change. PO worked at dealership, all servicings occurred there as well.

Took it to our preferred place, the guy couldn't get the plug out with a wrench or ratchet, had to use a 3 ft breaker bar to get the plug off. Said the threads looked fine, did the oil change and went on our way. Get home and it's dripping, hit it with a wrench and had another 1/4 turn in it. Looked at it today and it's still dripping, but not much.

How many in-lb should it be torqued to?

I would guess washer missing as well.
Ya gotta live people who think a drain plug needs to be as tight as they can pull it with a breaker bar

Copper washer is most likely destroyed if it is still there. The truck I just got took a 3 foot breaker to break loose and it dripped when I buttoned it up.

Washer was misshapen and gouged I replaced it with a fumoto

I never torqued a oil plug. I just made sure it was tight, & checked it every now & then.
