Put a lml hydrobooster in
Upgraded ps pump with high output psc pump
Made new high pressure lines with hydraulic hose (replaced leaky crimped oem lines) welded jic fittings on hard lines.
Flushed fluid with royal purple synthetic.

Adding a ps cooler too

Put a stock tune on it to pass smog .

Now to finish putting egr mods back on and finish pcv re route.

When I had the JIC fittings welded on mine I noticed the pressure line from the pump had been tightened up against the can and was partially wore through, the can had some wear marks also. No time to find a new/used hardline no leak to date and have since found a replacement just in case...

I did notice that when the above line is cut apart there is what looks like a spring attached to it and it goes inside the flexible line. Turns out it's not a spring but a restrictor to keep the pump from overrunning/overwinding.

Not mine but from another site

Paint matched GMC logo, debadged tailgate except for Denali emblem. Going to order amps Monday. I think it will look way better without the factory steps. What do yall think???

Tried to squeeze another cooler in the stack... Barely fits :D

The grille... Now that's another story, working on a solution...

That or something else for sure. I like wheel to wheel steps. You could go with stainless, but I think black or color matched would look better.

I've decided on Amp steps, I like how the truck looks clean without boards, but im only 5'10" and my wife is 5'6" so I have to have them. I'm kicking around the idea of getting the stainless trim and trying something diffrent with them...;)

Do you have a parts list?

I could possibly put one together, most of what I got is from sledhead's diy thread..the choice of cooler is key though if you want it to fit up front. Mine barely fit above the trans cooler and I had a shit ton of trial and error to get proper fitment.
