One of my friends is like that. The rest of them know when each other needs help we come give a hand. When it comes to working on my own vehicles I just do it myself. I like to be organized with where my bolts are.
My dad on the other hand he has a tendency to put bolts back in the holes they came out of and it drives me crazy. When I'm putting something back together and have to pull a bolt again because he put it back in. I put all my up top bolts in order left to right on each side of the car by the windshield wipers and all the bolts under the car by the jack stands

That's makes sense if more than one person has their hands on something but I try not to let that happen. Most stuff I work on is in my garage so I'm the only one working on it.Your Dad is a smart man... If you ever work a job that someone else has tore apart and there are nice little piles of bolts here and there, you will think differently. Not a big deal on jobs you've done a thousand times but step into something new and your going to be pissed and have lots of odd length hardware left over. My work runs 24-7 365 days a year. Lots of jobs getting turned over to me and others. I try very hard to set my coworkers up for success:thumb:
New age man, I'm only 27 but time is changing. All the 20 year olds I know around here are ****in worthless, geeked out on their I phones or a smack head
