Missing copper washer?

I was just going to ask the same in your other thread. Is the copper washer still in the cup? Thinking it fell off or wasn’t put in.

Copper washer was in place, it just fell in when I took the injector out.

Before pulling the heads, I would pull the injector cups and check for leakage there. They will mimic a head gasket and since it is obvious someone was in there they may or may not have "Tried " to reseal the cups or dislodged one when pulling the injectors.

Wow, I've found old tools before, but never inside the engine
