Just bought a 2021 2500 HD Duromax and at 850 miles a knock started only when it warmed up. Dealership just looked into it and said was normal. They took belt off and I listened, no more knock. If belt is driving something that is knocking shouldn’t they have to deal with that? Any ideas on what can be done.

PS: The document states that the noise is "normal" if it goes away with the belt removed
