New engine. No crank/no start

No crank no start. I put a used motor in. Cracked a piston in the old. When I turn the ignition on, there is no cel. It will crank for 3 seconds then stops. I have a UO106 code. Any help? I've been chasing wires for over a week.

3 seconds then stops sounds like a security issue.

Make sure all your grounds are tight and attached. Check the bale connectors for bent or pushed pins. Also make sure you didn’t swap the crank and cam sensor plugs. Did you swap ecm’s too?
