That area you marked out is mostly idle or in neutral with food on accelerator. Not too helpful in making much changes there. Most refer to "low load" as no cargo or trailer hooked up and just cruising down a flat road. From my logs this is usually between 25-50 mm3 and 1600-2200 RPMs depending on speed one is drivingView attachment 132672
Multipliers will make adjustments to timing based on changes in Coolant Temp, Intake Air Temp, and Fuel Temp.
And, to add. If you make changes to your PW table you should relog this as you can shift the "mm3" that is used to maintain the same speed. So, it might now be a different part of the table
