Not running yet lol, pulling the valvebody today, stuck E valve.

First race hopefully april 29 in edmonton, first NHRDA race for me is Mission BC.


So happy i went with dually, pulls it so nice, can't wait for the long trips:woott:

Well i installed the tranny on wednesday, relearned it yesterday, and ended up with the E valve sticking. So pulled the valvebody today and cleaned it up, put it back together and so far so good, everything works great. Tranny feels good now. Truck feels strong off the line, around 1/8mile it's lacking power though, and picks up towards the end of the 1/4mile. Waiting for Simon to come home so we can tune the truck :woott::woott:

I'm a happy camper finally haha, truck has been sitting for 2 months, feels great to drive it again and finally go fast.
Did two 5psi 4x4 launches and one 10psi. Truck pushed thru the brakes at 10psi, brake pedal feels pretty soft so i gotta fix that. But at 5psi it smoked like a freight train and the 10psi launch was very clean, just a little haze off the line and cleared right up :burnout:

Well went racing the truck for the first time tonight at castrol. Ran great. 12 runs, all between 12.61 and 12.76. Very consistent. Won 10 and lost 2 lol to a viper and a fast jeep srt8. And this was on street tires. My 60' should go down on the slicks. Can wait for mission. :happy2:
