The rims are the vette CV05 style, I like the CV04 version better.
Found a set of 4 18"10.5 5 spoke C5 wheels, will need spacers. Most like wrap them with some fallen 615s in the 315/30/18 variation.
Seams the wheels have few minor dings, rather use those for fitment vs blind order expensive wheels wrongly
Also found several Lincoln 180 welders one dedicated mig others mig/tig or mig/stick.. been needing as welder that can do at least 3/8" single pass.. my Lincoln 140 has been limit tested for years now... like to have Lincoln new 215 mig version think they released it last year or two..
On to this, my '79 Malibu classic wagonWhat are you going to use C5 wheels on, Adam?
I'll look into the plug upgrade, on mine generally 3/16 and thinner I don't have any problems with it.. I've got some structural welding on my 40' gooseneck for repairs that need done.. it's just not big enough for my to feel comfortable using it.. mainly need to replace few cross member and weld to the main beamsI have a Lincoln 140. I was hitting the duty cycle too much so I cut the plug off and spliced an L5-30 twist lock plug. Never hits the duty cycle on dedicated 30amp circuit. The millermatic 211 is pretty sweet and if I upgrade that’s what I’ll probably get. Here’s a pass with my Lincoln 140. Welding receiver to a new bumper I made and welded to the back of my travel trailer.

Had a pregnant mom get killed like that few years backI dont understand why people go out for a walk on country roads later toward evening, wearing all black. Blows my mind. Saw a Mom on one road today pushing a stroller with twins. Clothing, stroller -- all black.
We call if the gulf coast, but it’s thesame thing. 80* in the mornings and windshield wipers just smear the dew because the humidity is so high it won’t evaporate.Well duh, aint wet ovens that i know of![]()

We had rain, so not much was visible until you ran the wipers. Went to town to grab dinner and it was like smearing mud off the windshieldWe did yesterday morning sometime before sunrise a bit west of St Louis..
