LMM tune Guidance

Hi my name is Jordan, I'm kinda in a pickle and just starting out in the whole tuning thing. I have a 2008 3500 it has a efilive tune from another owner idk anything about it some sort of tow tune i tried to do a read and i comes up with a OS of 52628594. now from what i understand that is a locked custom tune.
i have no idea who put it on there or how to get ahold of them...

i bought a autocal v2 of a guy on facebook assuming i could just pitch a tune on it.
what i would like is a dsp5 tune to put on it
HELPPP ME ... please :(

Autocals where designed for a professional tuner to make the tune, email them to you and the Autocal was the means of putting them into your ECM. it doesn't have the ability to allow you to do any of your own tuning unless you are the tuner it is linked to and you've paid for the licensing

you can try and contact the tuner it is linked to to see if they can make you the tunes or unlock it, or if they are no longer in business then contact EFI Live and they may unlock it for you so you can find another tuner

if you are wanting to do your own tuning you are better off with a V2 or V3

i contacted efilive and it is unlocked
i just need to figure out how to get a good tune on the truck..
