2015 silverado 2500 ltz, lml. Deleted, minor tune (done by previous owner)

Had a #5 injector issue, diagnosed and replaced the injector, no further issues there. While I was there, I replaced the fuel filter as well.

Afterwards, when I started the truck, I got a P0193 code, and reduced power mode. Thats FRPS circuit high. (ECM reads more than 4.81v from sensor signal, determines high rail pressure of 31kpsi, and immediately triggers "reduced power mode")
I began diagnosing the issue with my buddys snap-on zeus scanner and realized that the ecm was reading high rail pressure with key on, engine OFF... as there is no way the rail can contain that much pressure without the CP4 running, its a signal issue. I quickly realized I have 5.05v going TO the senor, via yellow signal wire and the supply wire. thinking I had a wire short, I went to the ECM X3 connector, and found no shorts between the ecm connector and the sensor connector. Fearing the worst, I checked the pins on the ECM, and I definitely have 5.05v coming out of the SIGNAL pin as well as the supply pin. This suggests a short in my ecm...

I have a used ECM available, but I know the VATS system and the VIN need to be relearned to the replacement ECM...

My question is this: can I reprogram the replacement ECM using the data on my old ECM, as it is functional with the exception of the fault in a single 5v circuit? Can this be done using a Snap-On zeus?

I don't know about the snap on. But an Efi live V2/V3 can do it without needing a license by using the scan tool. You'll also need to copy the glow plug injector data to the replacement ecm too. Maybe someone nearby with on can do it for you since it doesn't require a license

Have you verified that it's not the sensor itself?

As stated above by Jason, EFILive can VIN swap it without a license but programming it to your truck and swapping the injector/glow plug data will need a different tool. I've always done it with GM's tool but I believe the Zeus can do it.

I have not been able to successfully reprogram the VATS on a used E86B ECU with SPS. Will fail the IMMO learn.

Maybe someone has a way to clear the IMMO data in a used controller?

Look at customecm.com. it looks like his global a pin finder can viginize the ecm so it can be reprogrammed.

Honestly I didn't know those tools existed, I'm very grateful you referenced them!

I use his bench harness pieces daily but have not used his software.

I bought and use his Ford eec bank swap program. Works well for converting pcmflash bins to tunerpro layout and vice versa.
