I've tried looking it up on here, but does anyone know off hand what size line wrench is needed for a rubber brake line job? I'm going to braided and don't wanna round off the head. Thanks in advance.

If that’s true, 14mm would work too :thumb:
Thanks man, I'd just climb under there and check myself, but I'm at work and of course tools are home and I'm trying to stop off on the way home to pick one up.

I think 14mm was a tad loose while 9/16" was a little more snug. I think it is supposed to be 14mm but they are not perfect

The actual hard line compression fitting to the braided line on mine was a 13mm. 14mm & 9/16 were too big. The banjo bolt side ended up being 11mm. I've only gotten the DS rear and PS rear done so far. First thing in the morning I'm doing the center and then I'll do the front two.

I can definitely say that the DMAX store Kryptonite braided lines was a great idea and they come with brass washers too. I'd recommend taking the spare tire down to do the back center line to make access a little easier. The stopping power is much better and the pedal is waay more firm. I changed out my PS pump and added a cooler as well. It was a project weekend, but so far I'm very happy with the results.

I agree with the kryptonite lines. I liked that it had all the factory style brackets on them, especially around the front. Only thing I had to do was drill and tap a small hole so that I could fasten them to my cognito uca’s
