As the title says...

I'm curious to see what is the average real world price for a clean non rotted LBZ ccsb with high mileage (250k+)? Marketplace is all over so it's not consistent as some websites are as well.

Ive been seeing them anywhere from $15,000 to 22,000 up here for no-rust. Mileage seems to not matter as much as one would think.
Most rusty LBZs are still fetching $6-8000. Considering what no-rust southern cabs and boxes are going for, and paint, it kinda makes sense.

If the prices are better down south, Id buy a plane ticket and drive the truck back.

Moved to Smoke Signals, BTW.

The ones in California are on the low end of Tom's estaminet. And of course generally always rust free.

That's pretty much what I'm seeing up around the New England area. My issue is that my truck was involved in an accident and I've been fighting with the insurance with their ridiculous lowball offers. They totaled it when it's an easy fix, I already took the truck back and the insurance is trying to give me 12k for it despite of all the links at a dealer and marketplace showing that they're going for 18-22k. I'm not giving in though, it's already been a month since the last offer and I haven't heard a peep from them. Told them to go find me a truck in the same condition as mine for 12k.

Pretty typical of insurance.

Exact reason once my truck is of age it’s getting swapped over. I can’t remember the name but there is a particular insurance that is aimed for older vehicles that have value.

Take the $12k, buy it back, then repair it.
The 12k is with the buy back. I'm not going to settle for less with what the market is going for a clean LBZ. My brother had his lb7 in an accident over the summer, same situation totaled it and he took the truck back with much more than what the insurance is offering me.

There are stipulations that go along with haggerty collectors insurance. Make sure it matches how you actually use the vehicle.
