LBZ: LBZ-LMM turbos

I thought the LBZ and LMM turbos was the same but I have been told they arnt.
Could anybody tell me what the difference is in the two.Wheel size,flow.

I was told that the LMM's turbo is the most restrictive stock charger and the LBZ's is second best on that list. The LMM vanes are 1-2mm shorter than the LBZ vanes and the turbine in the LMM is reverse cut inducer tips like an LB7 turbine. The turbine has the same exducer size as the LBZ turbine.

Thanks.I put a Lmm motor back in my 06 and thought the turbos were the same and found out after I had the motor in that yhey werent.Trying to decide weather it will be worth putting my lbz turbo back on.
