call me crazy but I pull the cab to do LB7 injectors. takes me 1 hour to have them up, 1 hour to do each side of injectors with cups resealed and 2.5 hours to have the cab back on ready to run, when I do head gaskets same thing, 3 hours from running to heading to the machine shop with the heads to get machined. having the motor bolted down in the frame with the cab off is a great engine stand when torquing the heads down, adjust valves, seeing what your doing, up pipe to manifold bolts are easy, bridge bolts are easy, Ive done 15 this way and you couldn't talk me into to not taking the cab off to do either job.

I pull the engine. Don't have a lift to pull the cab or I might try it just to see. But OP I would say you unbolt the hydrobpost unit and master cylinder as one piece and leave it with the frame.

leave the master with the frame hydro boost with the cab, 2 nuts that's it,
