I'm thinking of going with above turbo but would like to wastegate it. Anyone done this??

It can be done but it's a little tricky. You need to weld a wg flange to the turbine housing and one to the DP and make a short run a tubing and bolt the gate in.

I have a lot of free help in the fall and am worried about them taking the turbo out when hauling grain. I'm talking around 40,000 lbs with kids and no brains.:D

Any ideas on making it idiot proof?

I'm thinkin it's going to be building a ton of boost and these kids are going to be barking my turbo all the way to the elevator.

A wastegate won't really keep it from barking. You need a blow-off valve for that.

Where would I install that? Just after the turbo or before the engine intake??

well in all honesty if they cant be responsable enough to drive it even if it does have power then they probbaly shouldent drive it.the 4094 will make some serious ponys and can be a handfull to drive.
