Hi my Hi my name is Daniel I just purchased my 1st diesel to Chevy guy but this is the 1st time I've sprung spending money To get into the diesel world i am super excited.

Have Have been a gearhead for all my life I have working service repair shops in built many gas vehicles over the years My favorite hobby is tinkering with 12v electrical.

And you have And you have to say that I don't know all that much about diesel Rigs i worked in service shop for a A garbage company so I've done some things but never gotten into the performance aspects.

I've done some research since buying my truck. Its a 03 2500hd. 250xxx miles. I bought it not running for unknown reason. It was the notorious LB7 injector Failure, So I dove in and begin to pull her apart. Got the new ones in made all the necessary stops re assembling. She fired up first crank.
Ive since done the dsp5 switch, a 4 inch exhaust and a set of wheels and tires. I'm on a tight budget now days but I want to see what else I can get out of her.
I also need to do something with the front these 35s rub.

What yall think?

Welcome and congrats.
Be careful with what tune you put it in, unless you've had the Allison upgraded. Stay on the lower of the settings. Go through all the fluids/filters and change them if they haven't already. You might look into a lift modification also.
