I just bought a 2004 Silverado 2500HD with LB7 EGR delete. The truck came with a program but no programmer. What i'm looking is the factory tune so i can purchase a new programmer and do it right. Any ideas would be great.

Your new tuner (assuming EFILive from a quality calibration house) should be able to get you a stock tune at time of order to flash in over the current calibration. Sometimes if it's like an old Banks PDA they end up locking the ECM and it becomes a giant mess.

And, if you plan on going with a caned tuner then have a dealer or a friend with a tech 2 flash it back to stock first

I wouldn't, not with the history of corrupted lb7 ecm's with tis flashes. I would have it flashed with EFILIVE & a V2. Efilive uses there own flashing sequence.
Well, yeah, if he can find someone willing to give up a slot in the V2 for that. If so then it is definitely a preferred option

Or, talk to a site vendor and get an AutoCal with a quality EFILive file. All my AutoCals leave with the tune file the customer ordered and a stock tune to flash in first to ensure the OS is proper and nothing is out of place.
