Jared, if this is for meeting pulling rules, be sure an ELECTRIC actuated kill is OK per the rules. Seems like I recall that some organizations want them to be mechanically operated while others just suggest some sort of a kill and don't specify elect. vs. mech.
No rules on this decision. Just think it would be handy to have. The last turbo was a PIA. This would be handy.

Nope. I have the loops from Kyle Banks, but now I need the bars and weight bracket.

It is basically just a 1/2" plate about 7" or 8" tall with 3" tubing going into the drivers side frame. I checked with a buddies Kubota weights and they'll work if that helps you any. It is the one Clint (AutoConnection) sold me. Its not the best design, but its probably better than nothing.
