EFI and crack pipe?

I have had efi for a couple of months now and just got my gauges mounted in the truck. I saw that my boost is going up to 25-30psi with WOT. I was wondering if it would be a bad thing to add the crack pipe? I know I have seen some posts saying that 30-35psi is a lot on the stock turbo. Would the crackpipe increase the boost at all or is it pointless now with the EFI tune?

Thanks

I have sold several crack pipes to guys with LB7's that are using EFILive. I'm sure someone else will post more technical info soon though :D

Yep, I've seen the one from Kennedy and almost got that one. I just opted for the PPE because I bought EFI from yall and got the crackpipe in the same order.

I had one on mine for a while after I got efi but boost was getting upwards of 36-38lbs and the turbo didn't last very long.:D

Thanks for the input. What would be the max boost that would be safe on the stock turbo?

I use a Banks Big Head.
We have had better dyno results with the Big Head vs the crack pipe.
