I checked my codes today and p0401 came up. (engine light is not on) I googled it and it looks like it is insufficient egr flow or something down that line. Heres the deal; the truck has been tuned with the egr turned off and had a blocker plate for about 35k miles and this is the first time i noticed the code. Could have been on for a month or two already buts that it. If the egr is still turned off this code shouldnt show, correct? Thanks!

It will still show up unless the code has been disabled. Need to make sure that its set to not report / no MIL under the DTC enable portion of the tune.
okay i guess ill just clear it for now. My brother usually does the tuning stuff and hes not home. If it comes up again ill try what you said. Thanks!
Also depends on the scanner. I have turned off codes on LBZ's and they will still show up when I do a scan for all DTC's.
Ghost codes no light but the v2 will read the code. Mine has 2 there off but show up in background.
