definitely manualy lock it! let it get into 4th gear and the r's up before you do it

How do u have a 2.6 truck and don't know this?

We are going to be selling our 2.6 truck this week. If we don't sell it complete it would make you a good ECLB roller!
I am thinking about stretching it this winter to 158" wheelbase. This winter will focus on weight reduction, stand alone wire harness and probably a draw bar hitch set up. I found a ECLB frame I might purchase this week.
My truck currently has full interior and dash!
I know itd be more money and work for you but I think it would look absolutely awesome if you kept it reg cab and stretched the bed to ten feet
Def needs converter lock, you would have had a lot more wheel speed
