duramax in s10

How big of axles are you going to be running? I am contemplating building a 9in for my C10 due to the negative offset of the wheels I am planning on running, just not sure what is overkill or just to weak.

i dont exactly remember the diameter off the top of my head but they are 40 spline axles

Progress gas been slowed with recently having a kid but yesterday I got the wheel tubs made and fit into place engine build should hopefully start around august or September

Finally got some more time to work on this got the tubes in the slicks and the radiator bracket made and installed

thank you again I have the mock up motor in it now I'm doing the machine work and building the engine myself so far I've done all the fab work and learned a lot but it's fun

been finishing up all my mock up and I'm in the process of machining the block just need to find a torque plate

me to stil a ways to go but it's making progress

haven't posted on this build in a while been collecting some parts and working on it as well started a new job and moved kind of slowed progress for a little I am hoping to have most of the fab work done by this fall and get it to paint recent bought the fiberglass front end installed the tubular k member and funny car cage

finally been getting some work done on the truck with starting a new job shooting to be in paint this winter if all goes good

haven't got as much done as I would have liked with the motor finally giving up the ghost in my daily I have been concentrated on that instead of the s10 but I did get the front clip mounted and bought a hood and began to fit that on

unfortunately I haven't been able to work on the truck as much as id like and definetly have not posted progress but today just be fore I left for work UPS showed up with a shiny spinny thing its the 5 blade s485 from stainless diesel
