Dragster crank

Here is a few pictures of the crank from the dragster. I finally had time to pull it apart. Everything looked good. Going to get another crank balanced and see how long it last this time.

I'm glad you caught that Jeff! You had enough issues this past season! Any thought of an alt fire cam?

Not really

I just don't think there going to help. If I didn't already have a cam then yes. It can't hurt. But I already have a good cam and just can't justify it. That is the same crank from 2006. I don't expect stuff to last forever. Lol it owes me nothing.

What made you pull it down? Just inspecting parts?

I was warming the motor up before Texas and noticed the balancer was wobbly. I try to keep up on watching/checking stuff to catch it before things go bad.

Are you still running the same arias pistons you were running when the engine was in your truck?

Same pistons! They look like new. I'm going to hit it with a hammer and see if it will break in half! lol
