Simon, we need to remove the cooler and look at it and the gaskets. Sumpin ain't rite......

looks like you are applying pressue one the head side right ??... possible the cooler clogged?


we applied pressure into each cylinder AND through the water pump
nothing comes out of the block with the plates off the top of the block

YES it must be clogged

Ill take a pic of the top of the block and would like to know where the coolant galleys/ports are that go to the heads,I geuss its a 50/50 geuss for me right now:)

since i dont knwo paint....

between #3 and #5 you and 2 bolt holes ~9/16" and two ~1/4" holes the 1/4 are "stream holes" basicly anything that doesnt have threads in the holes goes straight to the head.

anything that is "red" rusty looking goes straight to the head... most are restricitve(d) with the head gasket to make sure all the cool flows up form block to head equally.
