Ours gel up pretty easy at the rig but only on the c-15's.

I'm going to run the **** out of them, if they gel up I'll run the Donaldsons

They don't even filter better...and it wasn't my fuel, I live in MN fuel is plenty blended and I ran optilube winter additives. Im not the only person to have issues with CAT filters on a lift pump. Changed to different filters and never had another issue

Oh I forgot, Cat puts special filter media in to make the filters gel. That way us field guys have something to do all winter long:rofl: but I only live in Alaska and work Field Service for a Cat Dealer so we probably don't know anything about the rough winters that you have in Minnesota:thumb: Glad you found some new nongel filters.

Lol, we run cheap Baldwin oil filters and only cat or Donaldson for fuel filters, we've never had anything gel other than the ingersol rand 1170 compressors and our forklifts but they have to have 75+ hours on them before we do.

Our 10,000 gallon tank is full of junk so some of the equipment will only run 75-100 hours in the winter before needing filters

I'll take mine apart when it gets back from my surprise CP3 conversion, lol. Compare pics... But yours looks similar to the one my mechanic uses as an example... The rollers tend to go.
