All three organizations have different rules, but basically it's supposed to be a max effort street legal truck.

Ah. last i seen that truck was back last year at the extreme diesel showdown up in tulare/visalia, it was on display, and then, it only had a single large charger. That truck is BA though (and not even saying this with a engine bias)!
