Every now and then when i really jump on my stand alone LMM I get the over boost and position sensor codes.
I do not find this particularly unsettling because I have a Fleece Cheetah turbo.
I have no idea what tuning the donor had because it had DSP5 and I am just running a stock tune.
Is this something I should worry about?

Stock tune or the "stock" position on the DSP switch?
Stock tune, because of all the changes I needed to make on the stand alone install I was not able to recover or modify the tunes, and as it turns out while the engine was bouncing around with all the motor mounts busted as the donor truck rolled several times one of the inputs (MAP IIRC) was fried and the ECM had to be replaced anyway.
AFAIK there is no way to download and modify a DSP5 file. which is a bummer :(

Ok. So stock tune is expecting X amount of boost and the cheetah is making more. Not an issue except I think it might trigger a soft limp where it might limit the overall fuel mm3 and of course the boost code

You can load your own tune if you have the means like a V2/V3 that can fix this

I would call Fleece and see if they'd send a base table for the Vane position target and boost, most drop in VGTs are going to require modification to the vane position
