Got the kit from spelab & matched a catch can.
I'm my personal opinion all turbo vehicles adding a catch can is a MUST. Additionally , CCV should not be injected back into the intake ( HOT (OILY) vapors) .
Originally I ran a hose, but then I did aluminum tubing line on the inlet. The outlet ran a hose along the chassis with a filter at the end.
FIY; something I've notice the new oil fill tube gets really hot & rubs the wires running across , ZIP tie them to stud.

I just purchased adapters and ran hoses down along the passenger fender well and out. I have never got a drop of oil out of them but the ends do collect a bit of oily dirt. Never really saw a need for adding a catch can. Dean

I hate the smell they give off. Mine was vented to atmosphere and i put it back because it smelled so bad while idling

I routed mine to the aft side of the passenger wheel well. Never noticed any smell when driving around with the windows down. Dean

Thats a loooooong ways back.
Didn't think about that until after posting the question. ?‍♂️

On another "less equipped" vehicle where you could plumb it into the down pipe, do you think it would work? Or would it build up an oily residue that wouldn't burn off fast enough?

Mines going to get weight loss at some point. I was thinking as soon as it bends to follow the frame after the down pipe connection, I’d plug it in.
