Banks Sidewinder Prostock Drag truck

Read in a thread over on CompD that Gale Banks is retiring the Sidewinder Duramax drag truck and putting it in the Hot Rod Museum, has anyone heard that? I think the only time it ran last year was at Topeka. Love that truck, hate to see it retired.

Why "retire" it? The truck never races at least not publicly... I guess when funds are next to endless one can simply just move on to the next project. I loved that truck as well
