LMM: anyone tell me why im still throwing egr codes/ intake air valve

What codes is it giving? I take it the EGR, intake valve, and DPF have fallen off? With the BOSCH controller it can throw codes but not turn the check engine light on.
Try this and see if it works. I shut off the codes I could see for the intake heater, intake valve, EGR, DPF, and made a few other small changes to it.
