Remember this. If you have any possible jeopardy, just say," I would like to consult an attorney before I answer your question" AND THEN DON'T ANSWER THE QUESTION.. You may have to do this MANY TIMES for the reason pointed out in the video. And you know that the police are allowed to LIE TO YOU at will, so NEVER believe them.

The report say the prosecutor make it sound like brock should have known hall wasn't a threat.... Like what credible information was there, that one could logically come to that conclusion while everything was unfolding in real time!?!?

Haven't watched the dash cam footage for myself, but the claim is she was trying to walk away while he was pointing his pistol at her. She at that point was attempting to de escalate and he became the aggressor

There's substantially more than the dash cam.
Any reasonable person given the information Brock knew, while it was happening, would think Hall was part of the scam operation and she was going to rob him
