Left a job site, got home and when I restarted the truck reduced engine power came on and now the truck won't shift past 3rd gear and it clunks when I put it into gear... Tried clearing codes with EFI Live and nothing. What could it be?

Well…. P0175E isnt a code lol. Its either P175E or P0175. Since P0175 is a rich code, im betting its P175E

Yep the clunk is the transmission shifting into 3rd or 5th, whatever these trucks default to... I have tried clearing the codes with my V2 and they do not clear at all, they stay on.
Those two codes are the only two codes?
There's also P0652 and C116, I changed the rear brakes, pads and rotors and this stuff popped, everything is connected, need to investigate. Not sure if they're related
P0652 is a 5 volt circuit. So any other items on that circuit dropping out can cause all sorts of problems. Might want to look into this. Supposedly the 5v reference for the AC sensor. But may power other sensors too

I will say electrical gremlins are the absolute worst! I had one earlier this year that was literally just a dead cell in 1 of the batteries causing a whole laundry list of things... always start at the source!
I also was enlightened to the fact that Chat gpt / grok are great for wiring diagrams... good luck Nick! Keep us posted ?
