2006 Allison 6 spd: Trans pump bolt gaskets and copper washers?

Has anyone figured out how to solve this leak? Mine is doing the same thing and the shop that built my trans has resealed it 3 times since building it and it continues to leak. Trans didn’t leak a drop before building it

It's at the rear of the case, on top between 11 and 12 o'clock.
