Hello guy’s my name is Dyllan, I just got my first duramax yesterday and i have a few questions for you guy’s, I have a 03 Chevy 2500 duramax I got it on a trade it has slight knocking guy said it was injector #3 and #8, also needs full exhaust and a cross member in the back just trying to figure out if this truck is worth fixing any help is appreciated thank you.

if the remainder of the truck is in decent shape then yes it is worth it. if you have a scan tool that can shut off injectors that can help figure out if it is injectors. also balance rates are useful too.
for replacement injectors, depending on milage it will probably be a good idea to replace all 8 and go with SAC style injectors from Lincoln Diesel as they will outlast the old style several times over
