I also posted the numbers I got on the compression test but I can't believe I have bad injectors with the FASS pump that has 2 fuel filters and those injectors only have about 40k on them. This sucks... NOT looking forward to this job! I guess all 8 should be replaced right
Original style LB7 injectors are known to fail just by looking at them funny. If you intend on keeping this truck for any length of time, maybe invest in the SAC injectors.

As for replacing them all, it's a good idea. But not necessary if you're on a tight budget. It's a risk you'll have to weigh for how much labor you're willing to endure if you have to do it again in a short time. If you do go with SAC injectors you'll definitely need to do them all to keep them the same

Well this time I did the compression test on all the cylinders so it definitely cranked long enough and I pulled 6 fuses plus the fuel pump relay just to be sure I disabled the fuel system and I definitely got sprayed by at least 2 cylinders. One of them is really bad. View attachment 135312
How positive are you on your numbers here? You have nearly a 30% difference between the highest and lowest. Did you do the compression test with the battery on a charger and let the battery top up between cylinders? Was the engine cold or hot during the test?
