    Body mount nut spun off

    Drill two 1/4" holes 180º apart and plug weld the capture nut. Weld a nut over the bolt shoulder and plug weld that too. Shoot some penetrating oil and impact the bolt out.

    Thanks again, The headlights have been on the truck for close to 14 years. One of the halo rings no longer works and the plastic is somewhat frosted. I plan on replacing them in the near future. I purchased them from an Ebay vender. The same lights cost much less now.
