    Efi live has the ability to shut off injectors. Manually verify which one it is shutting off. You might be able to detect it with an inductive voltage tester.

    Resistance to ground from the battery being that high is suspicious. I'd carefully inspect the cables from both batteries and where they connect to the frame. Corrosion inside the cable or right at the crimp can cause high resistance

    Earlier years only had one. Have you inspected the pins in the two large bale connectors? Make sure none have backed out or are bent? When did the issue present? Right after the injector replacement or before?

    On the models that have the current sensor on the battery, if you unplugged it, it would default the alternator to the 14.4V. this model doesn't have one. It's strictly controlled by the PCM.     Try the easiest one first. Clean the ground connection on the frame below the drivers side door. When that one goes, it does all sorts of weird stuff and triggers codes that can be hard to pinpoint

    Supposedly PWM controlled. I have a scope. It's the duty cycle that apparently controls the alternator and the load reporting is also the same.
