    It's the high pressure fitting.

    CP3 Replacement Outlet Fitting

Does anyone know of a source for an outlet fitting on a LBZ/LMM CP3? I have a truck with a broken fitting and can't seem to find one. All the listings I'm seeing are 01-05

    LMM HIGH Oil Pressure

Good advice. I've seen a local LBZ that I've worked on that actually spikes that high sometimes in cold weather. It'll blow the gasket out of the oil filter.

Bought and sold a 2016 Colorado

You might be surprised how clean these 2.8s are with the latest calibrations. My 16 wouldn't smoke at all running the 24000173 OS.

2005 LLY -- need scanner suggestions

If you can find a good used Tech2, you really can't beat those. You won't need the CANdi module for your 05

Did I just destroy my LBZ? (aka What the h*** was I thinking)

Ether makes cylinder pressures go insanely high. Your engine was probably "compression locked" for a bit.

my second attempt at tuning. SAC45's and LBZ FPR

You can probably clean that up by adjusting the MAF fuel limit. Log the mm3 and MAF rate when the smoke occurs, and lower that area slightly in the tune.

Deleted and Tuned and now the truck won’t start.

Have you tried flashing back to the stock tune?

    Fuel Shut-off

Do you have anything to read codes or data? If you can read data, what does your rail pressure look like while cranking?

Why not get the ECM unlocked awhile, and have it ready for the next step when the time comes? You could have an intact tune done in the mean time.

    lmm tuning

I had somehow missed seeing that you had changed the driver demand table when I looked at the tune yesterday. What you did there looks fine, although I would also add to the higher RPMs myself. Your cruise area timing looks about right, but I would still recommend adding more at the top end...

    lmm tuning

Welcome. I'm kinda the opposite of you when it comes to tuning experience. I've done almost exclusively diesels, especially Duramax's. The only thing you're really doing wrong is timing. It looks like you applied your gas tuning knowledge here, but on diesels, the highest timing numbers should...

    LB7 falling on its face

Be a lot cheaper to pick up a used federal Y bridge since you aren't looking for big power. Just my .02

    My "New" 2016 Canyon

I actually changed very few things over what I was running before. The biggest thing has been the MAP sensor, as I explained above. Calibrated Power says on the sheet the comes with the turbo that they will review data logs for free to make sure their turbo is working right. I sent 2 logs, but...

    My "New" 2016 Canyon

I'm trying to keep it around 32 PSI max. It would easily make more if I asked for it though. I found a chart that shows the max safe boost for all the Stealth lineup, and they rate this one at 36 PSI at sea level. I replaced my MAP sensor with a 4 BAR sensor, but I'm having a hard time finding...

    My "New" 2016 Canyon

LOL Yeah, it's tiny. Keep in mind that the 44 mm compressor is the UPGRADED size.

    My "New" 2016 Canyon

The turbine and shaft exited the housing and ended up back in my muffler. Left a fair size dent in the downpipe too I went with a Stealth DT44 for replacement. So far I like it a lot. Drives like stock, but better

    My "New" 2016 Canyon

I blew up my turbo a few weeks ago on a road trip. :( At 211,000 miles, it didn't really owe me anything though. Here she is all loaded up for the ride home

Strange issue after a few upgrades, EGT spike!

X2 on that. I had the same style Edge years ago. Replaced the probe at least once. I'm now running Glowshift gauges. They are really reasonably priced.
