The hood was $135, Shaker can be had on ebay or around $200 (My dad has a few laying around so mine was free). My dad sprayed everything for me as well. Cutting it was easy using a template off a 78 trans am hood we had. :thumb:- TowU4Free

Well we have a little more adjusting to do (make it higher) and an edging around the hole but here she is! 78 trams am shaker hood. Going to be installing the 15' Duramax badges on each side or some other custom ones. Will also be utilizing a functional flapper as well, not for air intake more...- TowU4Free

Guys I'm getting a noise upfront I've been hearing for about a month, checked wheel bearings multiple times, new ball joints and axles are fine. It's similar to a wheel bearing growl or whine. Thinking this might be the culprit...looks like rust in the diff too. Bearings at first glance looked... -
Question: Cognito 4-6 NTBD or Tuff Country 4"for stock height???
Would love some input from you Guys ... In order to get things level in my truck I have about 4 turns on the passenger key and 0 on the driver, everywhere I've ever been or trucks I have seen have the key turned more on the driver side. Anyone??- TowU4Free
