Well we have a little more adjusting to do (make it higher) and an edging around the hole but here she is! 78 trams am shaker hood. Going to be installing the 15' Duramax badges on each side or some other custom ones. Will also be utilizing a functional flapper as well, not for air intake more for looks and letting warm air out the hood . More then likely I'll wire the flap to my boost gauge so it opens up under more boost. We will see!

No way! That is freaking cool! :thumb:

I hate to ask what it cost to install it and how you did it.

The hood was $135, Shaker can be had on ebay or around $200 (My dad has a few laying around so mine was free). My dad sprayed everything for me as well. Cutting it was easy using a template off a 78 trans am hood we had. :thumb:

Awesome dude, we have the same color IC tubing also. I used a piece of rubber fuel hose as a chaff guard to go over that high pressure line so it doesn't rub, just a heads up.

Mine was almost touching when the engine wasn't running. I didn't want to take the chance of the line possibly bursting so I put a rubber fuel line jacket over it. I'll DM you some pics when I get off work today.
