How much is to much fuel pressure for hwy driving/mileage?

12+ degrees seems like too much for 100 overs, we run around that woth stick aticks. . I would guess closer to 8° would be closer to optimal for 100's. But you are running only around 14k psi. May try bumping up to 125 mpa and drop timing a few degrees to see if it helps. Too much timing and...

    Fuel rail pressure

Quite a few have replaced them with regular bolts so they are less likely to strip out the next time they need to remove them. The Allen key hex bolts style can fill with dirt and grime. This makes it easy to strip it out if the key doesn't sit down all the way. Pain in the butt when it happens

Lb7 injector issue balance rate stuck at +7.0

Negative numbers mean that cylinder/injector is contributing too much to the crank rotation and the ECM is seeing a faster rise in RPM right after that one fires. It is pulling back fuel on that one trying to slow things down. A high injector followed by a low injector based on firing order...

    2500 vs 3500

If I'm not mistaken, that option was available for either model. Maybe 3500 got the checkboxs by default?

    2009 Lmm delete kits

LMM doesn't hay a complicated emissions system. If it's working, then leave it be. The best muffler for noise is the stock muffler

    02 LB7 Crank no start

Yep, raw unburnt fuel. Off the top of my head for potential reasons, leaking injectors, very low compression, really cold, or timing is way off like a sheared crank pin Should be able to see which ones are leaking, if so by removing all the glow plugs, pull the EDU fuse and crank it over. If...

    Fuel rail pressure

I prefer the Racor PFF50216 with the coalescing media inside. Are you able to inspect yours to see if it has it? It appears from a little googling, that TP3018 may or may not have it depending on versions, dates and manufacturer If it doesn't, that might explain why you have rust in your tabk

    2500 vs 3500

Maybe give your rig a try first. 2500lbs isn't too much weight for a 5th wheel in the bed

    Fuel rail pressure

That is from water in your fuel. I've inspected both of my trucks and they where spotless inside. What filter are you using? Is it a coalescing filter?

Lb7 injector issue balance rate stuck at +7.0

Yeah, AF cam and not knowing for sure if the scanner is showing cylinder number or firing order can make things difficult to diagnose. Good you reached out to your supplier and confirmed

You might be better off learning to do it yourself. What you're asking for should be easy to learn compared to higher HP tunes. All the information on learning how to do it is throughout this and other forums. Loads of threads discussing tuning. Just start reading

Lb7 injector issue balance rate stuck at +7.0

I don't know if the edge scanners show injectors based off firing order or cylinder numbers. I know efi live on the LB7 and possibly others did this. Or at least it did on mine and some others reported the same. Sure messes up diagnosis. Apparently the Tech2 scanner gets it right with numbers...
