The lift, heavier and bigger tires are hurting you mileage. Did your temps start rising after the lift and tires? Have you cleaned your cooling stack? And also how old is your fan clutch? -
3d-printed switch panel mount repair
They make the whole bracket as well. My arm rest is broken, but the switch panel is hanging on still lol.- darkness

I always filled my front tank on my Kodiak and the rear for long trips. The front tank will only read 3/4 full with an empty rear. Curious if the light duties and medium duties are different.- darkness

The front filler neck. Always work off the front tank. Even putting fuel in it if only filling one tank.- darkness

Yes, the rear tank transfers to the front tank. If you already have a sump, that’ll be fine to use. Do you have a flat bed or are your tanks exposed? On my Kodiak, I tied right into the sending unit with a 90* fitting. Air Dog sells different fittings. I also had a 3rd port capped off on the...- darkness

Tap them upside down to clean them out. Don’t use any pressure sprays or air or you can push debris further in. -

What did you use to check all that? 26,000 is too high for an lb7 (unless you have a Lbz reg). Lb7 should be 23,200. -
