    See if the noise goes away if you put your foot behind the brake pedal and "pull" pedal up and off the switch. Theres a TSB for this....to replace the switch and spring or related parts....

    If its the lower radiator line blowing off its not pushed up far enough and/or the retaining clip is not in the groove and/or missing.....it wont blow off until its good and hot....and will hold a pressure test....been there..
