    Compound p/r understanding

Cool to see guys playing with the old Twinned LB7 turds still, I always like these posts . Mines never been right ever since the stock turbo took a shit and I put one of those 68/76 turbine stock drop in units in. It was a 67.7/100comp 68/76turbine, completely killed the low end/out of the...

    LMM Lambda and Boost

Things were all good until the .91 and lower then the fuel quickly quickly said C-ya . Atleast that fights over, I've been there many times as well. The bright side: no overheating pulling big passes hauling trailers :ROFLMAO:

    LMM Lambda and Boost

Did you leave that one stock or mess with it before Josh helped you? Post a pic of what your old table looked liked when you had the trouble, here's stock vs mine. This one was a biggie for fueling and getting rid of the upper rpm layover. I'm still stuck on the old 7.5 tool, just don't feel...

    02' LB7 Tow Pig Build

Is the cam supposed to be a good one? I have the same one if Brad's got the Wagler Stg1 except alt fire, mines a 2017-18 version if they have changed a little. My truck was down for 2-3 years so wasn't sure on a comparable since it had been to long. It ran pretty good with the stock valley twin...

    02' LB7 Tow Pig Build

Brad hurry up and get this thing going :) . I can't wait to hear how awesome the first tow report is, this ones got me excited about updating my old turd. I've been procrastinating about updating the valley charger on mine the last 4 years. Just been dealing with the o'l-lagasaurus-rex since all...

    Banks vs BD intercooler

I ordered one of the Northern performance ones two years ago for my LB7, packaging was shit and it showed up damaged. Looked like like a decent intercooler to, really wanted one but wasn't keeping damaged junk. Sent it back and couldn't get another due to being on back order, a buddy gave me a...

Lift pump and fuel filter delete

Replace or repair the filter head, seen way to many guys delete it and have to replace to injectors cp3/4 shortly after. If you use power service 911 stop! Some fuel system additives are hard on rubber parts. Also don't use junk aftermarket filters they usually are 90% the source of the air leak.

Looking for a picture and the difference of the LB7 and the later style pistons.

Forgot to mention my pistons are top coated to, not sure with what though. They were a satin silver color, Industrial did the coating. I am running LML squirters and oil pump to but so was my buddies truck since it was a LML. I left the factory LB7 oil cooler because I didn't want to put anymore...

Looking for a picture and the difference of the LB7 and the later style pistons.

Kind a sad to hear, my buddy's LML cracked a race cast at 60k. His truck pretty much never went anywhere without a trailer, had twins, and was with around 425-450hp. Even had big injectors for most of it's life until the fuel system shit. Nothing for additional oil cooling though. I've been...

I vote for new stockers with bolts through them.

    Converter death

Here are some pics of 1057 converter that decided it was done with the world. As far as I can tell the outer vains fatigued and broke then it was over from there. It really didn't have a tough life, about 20k behind my LB7 back in the day at around 500rwhp. Then 35-40k behind a twinned LML...

    LML Tcm

    Changing turbo setup

Brad Are all the guys running the small turbine 64.5 with a standard turbine housing? I was considering going that route but trying a gated housing along with it.

    Torque Converter Questions

I was a little nervous about that one to, glad to hear it's not a big deal.
