    Factory pads seem to give the longest life. At least from what I’ve ran. He’s probably just that aggressive on the brakes. He could add cooling to the brakes and that’ll make them last longer. Or getting larger rotors.

    It was possible 09 if not 10 when they added stabilitrac. My 08 doesn’t have it. But I believe dually didn’t get stabilitrac until 11 if I remember correctly

    White smoke is raw unburnt fuel. That is not good because it could mean the injectors are leaking.

    In it and out of it. Just disconnected it from the factory harness and plug in the bench force. You use without the resistor
