Yes sir, I actually replaced the stocker with a bad lbz pump. Pulled that sucker and finished installing this one about midnight last night. havent had time to drive it yet.

Went from a tired 260k mile lly pump, and a weak fprv to a cp3k and ppe race valve....I Can't stop grinning :rofl::woott:
Besides holding rail pressure, what else is different with the new pump?
As far as volume, I bebelieve its pretty close to stock, the big difference is its modified to maintain rail pressure through your entire rpm range, unlike the stock cp3.

Swapped idler, support & pitman arm today. Man it's nice to have tight steering again.
Weird thing is (I'm not a front end specialist) is my pitman arm came off with little to no effort. I bought snap on's pitman arm puller but didn't have to use it. I was pushing the dust seal up the shaft to make room for the puller & pryed a little on the arm & the Damn thing just fell off. The nut was tight as hell coming off.
Did I just get lucky or was there an issue with the original pitman arm. Truck has 160k & I've owned it for the last 50k.

Hmm, I've always had to use a lot of force even with the puller.
Nothing looked out of place. I set the new one in place and tightened the nut a little. Had to use the puller to get the new arm off the steering box. I replaced the tie rods & idler assembly one night & drove truck. Steering was better but still loose. Replaced the pitman tonight & it was night & day difference. Weird...just happy it's tight again

Picked these up yesterday on KSL, only 18s but may improve ride a bit. $400 for set and now i have some 35s i can use to do bumper/plastic trimming:thumb:
