Is it possible that your odometer is not reading right because of aftermarket tires and wheels.

I know you have a newer truck... But what are the balance rates on your injectors???? Could you have a boost leak????? Ive heard about some leaks on the charged air cooler. from people.. might be a place to start....
Mine was off and I was loosing my mind also. Had it fixed in my tunes and was happy as hell.
Yeah I have been battling leaks also. Mainly after egr delete. Around the bridge. But u need to have someone look at your tune if u find no leaks. I own a landscaping company with a few 08-09 1ton duramax dumps which weigh 10k empty! and loaded, pulling, or empty never seen anything under 10mpg. Most of the time its 13 no matter what job there doin.
I am running aftermarket wheels and tires. 305/55R18. Today when I was driving to a pull I noticed that my truck with the cruise set at 68mph is boosting 8-10psi..that can't be right?? Off topic I won the pull by 25ft and got thrown outta the stock class! With a bone stock truck! Haha. Guy says there is no way that can be stock, you beat my nephews dodge by 25ft! Haha. How do I check for a boost leak?
I bet that is where your mpg is going... 0 boost at crusing speed is what you want. Like I said try a different tune
I was playing with it when I left the pull to go get fuel (imagine that) haha. I can set my cruise on 35mph and it will boost like 4 or 5lbs..
If everything mechanically has checked out, have you tried contacting your tuner about this issue?

My truck use to see 15-16mpg in town, and about 18-19 highway.. Well now I've been getting 10mpg in town and about 16 highway.. Any ideas? Trucks got efi live, lift pump, and a tranny. I drive in my street tune from duramaxtuner, and I run a cat fuel filter.
i would check for low pressure fuel leaks man. even a small little steady drip will kill mileage.
