Nick still reads pm's. He read one that I sent to Josh and imediately posted certain contents in a thread that he could have never known unless he read that pm. I believe Josh was banned within minutes of that pm being sent.
Of course he denied it.

I was banned so many times for so many reasons Kyle I doubt you even know what Mike is talking about on this one. Nick was online when I got banned the last time . Do you really think Nick would ban me right after Mike sent me a PM and in the reason for "being banned" section he put "I read a PM Mike sent Josh and I didn't like what he had to say" not likely.

On to your appology, I accept it and thank you for being the bigger man about the subject however not sure why you let some guy on the internet(AF)tell you who you can and cannot talk to, that seems strange . Also for the record, I said it in the back room over at DP and I can say it here, I did not handle the situation like a moderator. Things got personal after I was shunned for questioning a new product by many of the vendors minions at that point I did get out of line and I will appologize for that, I was wrong and I cannot change it. But in the end I was banned, the conversation went on, more and more people had their own questions and the subject died as quick as it started.....you be the judge.

I know it's "only" been since 05 but ya might look at the other staff members join dates and relize there aren't many that have been there longer than me currently. Only about 4 that are active. Just something for thought .

I think this is going well . I like the freedom of speech on this site .

I also like knowing more about what the hell was going on .

And yes I still go on DP daily and answer PM's for club and to medium duty guys mostly with suspension and performance mod ?'s . Over the years I seem to get alot of PPE help ?'s too from abroad . Ive kinda tried to not pay attention to it all and move on . It is pretty lonely in the threads with all the regulars not around and banned or said screw it like many . Ive even slacked on posting much info and welcoming members . I go and do club stuff mostly . The club did generate from DP members . Im not quitting on the site yet . It will never be the same , that is for sure .

What are we suppose to do with our truck club . Move it and use a different site to talk on and find new members local . I dont think so . DP is pretty widely known .Were basically on DP and go on all the other sites looking for for members . We dont sell anything and are just a truck club , but we use the site and are pretty use to it like creatures of habit and all the drama really didnt affect the club . Not looking forward or plan on making any changes after surviving all the soaclblacksmoke change and bringing club all back together . It was a pain and all behind us now . We have been growing rapidly still from other sites and all brands of trucks . Alot of the truck club members are here also . We go everywhere like most do . I see most everybody on all the sites . Just not on DP .

I wouldnt even know all of you if it wasnt for DP . I found out about the site through PPE in 05 . The friendships made there are pretty damn cool . And continues daily . Ive talked to guys all over the U.S . Ive given my cell # to hundreds over the years and many still call once in a while for some help or just to shoot the crap

Not much else to say but , Sorry to all you who got banned or choice to leave . Dont look down on me for staying and posting . Somebody had to ... chit . I can spare the time to give some free advise to the doomed site .

I spend equal time hear , and the rest on comp , garage , bombers , d haulin , dmax forum , or whatever come to mind in free time . 40% DP , 40% here and 20% spread across the rest . Just how it is .

I do like this thread and like seeing you guys here . Been awhile since Ive read some good honest conversations about this BS and what the hell was really going on between alot of cool guys .

No problemo, and yes when it started up it was great. We were one of the first sponsors even though we didn't really sell anything there, we just wanted to help the board get started. Now, it's pretty much like TDP was circa 2007. I won't be surprised if they sell.

The people like Pat and myself and many others who were banned by D'Amico for one reason only, to prop up and protect his Daddy , Mr. Cole..................:rofl:.............our names are still there as well as our posts.

Mr. COLE's days have long past, his glory was many years ago. Pat proved him wrong on LLY's and many others have as well, myself included.

I liked to call him on his lies, but little nicky liked my $1000/year so he put up with me calling Cole out, instead he sent his minions to do his dirty work like Ratlover........................many times I had a vacation, but always stood on principles, something many people lack these days.

I don't care what they do, to me it's just a company milking a cow for all it's worth, only thing is they found some naive people to do all the work without pay, uhhhhmmmmmmmm no thanks.

What I think you don't realize is that a lot of us here were there at day one to help Nick start TDP and contributed vastly to make it what it was.
We know things you will never know about what happened and promises made.
TDP had a plethora of talent and passion that will never again be seen in a forum. The diesel Stop 8 years ago was like that, but TDP blew them away as far as content, talent, and total tech.
Your preaching here falls on deaf ears if you're looking for converts. No offense. I am still a vendor at TDP and still contribute to help members but do not post very much tech there anymore. That stopped 3 years ago when Nick and Chad allowed Steve Cole to attack any vendor he wanted without retribution. Tech dried up there and won't come back, ever.
So; if you really want to help fix things, reinstate the banned members that can contribute or just STFU and enjoy the tech part of this forum. That is what it's all about anyways.
