Been working with a surveyor for a couple weeks now, trying to work out our actual property lines. West side isnt a problem. East side, well....there may be a dispute with my neighbor coming in the near future. We stand to gain 33' to the east if the old platted road between our properties is abandoned by the road commission after I submit the survey and request for abandonment.
Trying to get this done before my neighbor either sells her property or passes away.

I'm pretty sure the property next to me took about 5' of my property line. Based on where the official marker is in the road an the measurements. My property extends about 5' past their fence. The issue is that the apartment the was built on the other side is only about 5' from the fence. If they are forced to move the fence the occupants would no be able to get in or out.

Or they would have to purchase the land from me. But would need to hire a surveyor to confirm and have legal grounds to work on
